• Third-party servers (tool developers) will always be online and free from maintenance.

The software we provide is licensed on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. User acknowledges that mobile phone servicing technology carries inherent risks of failure (brick), and Falcon Unlock is released from claims for damages resulting from such failures.

3. Device Damage (Brick/Bootloop/Data Loss)

The process of flashing, bootloader unlocking, FRP bypass, or operating system modification carries intrinsic risks. By using our services, you declare that:

• You possess sufficient technical skills to operate the tools.
• You have performed a backup of important data before processing the device.
• Falcon Unlock cannot be held legally or financially liable if your customer's phone experiences a Brick, Bootloop, Hardbrick, or permanent data loss.

4. Third Party Dependence

Our services rely on the availability of third-party API servers (Payment Gateway & Software Developers). We are not responsible for:

• Transaction processing delays due to bank/payment gateway disturbances.
• Software parent server disturbances causing credits not to be deducted or login failures.
• Sudden policy changes by software developers that disadvantage users (e.g., price increases or server closures).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Unlock, its staff, and partners are exempt from all liability (including negligence) for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Loss of data, business profits, or lost customers due to service interruptions.
