FALCON UNLOCK SERVICE USAGE CONTRACT
Welcome to Falcon Unlock. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use. This document is a legally binding agreement between the User and Falcon Unlock as a provider of credit/software distribution services.
IMPORTANT: LIABILITY LIMITATION
Falcon Unlock only provides credits, licenses, and access rentals for software. We are NOT involved in the technical execution of said software by the User. The User is fully legally responsible for how the rented tools are utilized.
1. Definition of Services
Falcon Unlock is a service provider for:
- Hourly/Monthly access rental of service credits for repair software (UnlockTool, Chimera, DFT Pro, etc.).
- Sale of official username activation licenses.
- This platform functions as a distributor or official reseller, not as the main developer of said software.
2. Authorized & Responsible Use
Users agree to use our services only for the purpose of legal mobile device repairs. Examples of authorized usage include, but are not limited to:
- Unlocking personal devices for which the pattern/PIN/Password has been forgotten.
- Cleaning devices of old data for the purpose of legal second-hand trading.
- Software repair (flash/bootloop) on devices legally owned by a technician's customer.
3. Usage Prohibitions (Anti-Fraud)
Users are strictly prohibited from using our services to:
- Process stolen, robbed, or theft-acquired devices (Black Market phones).
- Take ownership of devices not belonging to oneself without permission (Criminal acts of Theft/Embezzlement).
- Commit acts that violate applicable international laws.
- Flood servers (DDOS) or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
If any violation is discovered, Falcon Unlock reserves the right to permanently block the User's account and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
4. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver
LEGAL PROTECTION FOR PROVIDER:
- Falcon Unlock is not liable for damages, data loss, or legal consequences arising from errors in tool usage by the User.
- We do not guarantee that software will function 100% bug-free, as software operation depends on User hardware conditions and internet connection.
- Falcon Unlock is not liable if the User utilizes this tool for illegal activities that are subsequently investigated by authorities. Criminal penalties are entirely the individual responsibility of the User (Technician/End User).
- We do not accept claims or lawsuits if the User loses data due to the flashing/unlocking process performed.
5. Transaction & Refund Policy
To avoid transaction disputes often exploited by irresponsible parties:
- Digital Credits: Transactions that have been processed (code/username sent) cannot be canceled or refunded. Purchases are considered final and valid.
- Tool Rental: We do not provide a "Success Guarantee". Users pay for server access time, not for an "Unlock Success" result. If the process fails due to technical factors on the device, the rental period remains valid and counts as used.
- User Error: Input errors (wrong username, wrong tool, or wrong cable) are not our responsibility for refund.
6. Confidentiality & Account Security
Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity occurring on the User's account is the User's responsibility. In the event of an account data leak, we are not liable for the misuse of remaining credits.
7. Price & Service Changes
Service prices and tool types may change at any time without prior notice, following market fluctuations and parent developer policies. Transactions occurring prior to price changes remain valid according to the price at the time of transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Falcon Unlock services, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
