FALCON UNLOCK REFUND PROTOCOL
IMPORTANT: NO REFUND POLICY
Digital Products & Credits are non-refundable. Once a credit, license, or activation is sent to your account/box, the sale is final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
At Falcon Unlock, we strive to provide the highest quality software access and credits. However, due to the nature of digital goods and server rental services, our refund policy is strictly enforced to maintain service stability and prevent abuse.
1. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for refund once processed and delivered:
- Server Credits: Any credit balance added to your account or box account.
- Software Licenses: Activations for usernames, hardware boxes, or digital keys.
- Rental Time: Any purchased duration (hours/days) of server access.
2. What is NOT Covered for Refund
We do not provide refunds for situations arising from User Error or third-party issues:
- User Mistakes: Buying credits for the wrong tool, entering the wrong Username, or wrong Box Serial Number (SN).
- Unlock Failures: "Unlock Failed" or "Error" messages caused by device issues, bad network, or unsupported security patches. You are paying for Access/Time, not for a guaranteed result.
- Technical Inability: Inability to use the software due to lack of technical knowledge or missing drivers.
- Double Purchase: Accidental double purchase (please contact support immediately, we may assist, but it is not guaranteed).
3. Exceptions (When Refund IS Possible)
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare scenarios, and proof of failure is required:
- Permanent Service Failure: If the parent developer server is down for more than 48 hours and credits cannot be used at all.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same order (proof of double transaction required).
- System Error: If Falcon Unlock system fails to deliver the credits/license within 2 hours, and our technical team confirms the failure.
*Approval of a refund exception is at the sole discretion of Falcon Unlock management.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you file a payment dispute (Chargeback) with your bank or payment gateway (PayPal/Stripe) without contacting us first:
- Your account and IP address will be permanently banned from our platform.
- All remaining credits in your account will be frozen.
- We will provide full evidence of delivery to the bank. Unfair disputes damage our business reputation.
5. Cancellation of Pending Orders
If you change your mind before the credits are sent to your account:
- You may request cancellation via our Support Ticket system.
- A processing fee of 10% or minimum $2 may be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway fees.
- If the status is already "Completed/Delivered", the cancellation request will be rejected.
